With a strong grasp on all the dietary theories, she offers solutions merged with practical lifestyle coaching methods from her training in a US-based international institute. She has studied yoga in two different trainings in order to obtain a 500-hour certification from the Art of Living. She got a closer approach to all these techniques in her experience as a physiotherapist, yoga teacher, and counselor for numerous students and households. This exposure to the way of living of individuals and families from all walks of life gave her an upliftment to provide better solutions ensuring they get to live a lifestyle they dreamt of.

My Training

I received my training as a Health Coach from the Institute for Integrative Nutrition’s cutting-edge Health Coach Training Program.

During my training, I studied over 100 dietary theories, practical lifestyle management techniques, and innovative coaching methods with some of the world’s top health and wellness experts. My teachers included Dr. Andrew Weil, Director of the Arizona Center for Integrative Medicine; Dr. Deepak Chopra, leader in the field of mind-body medicine; Dr. David Katz, Director of Yale University’s Prevention Research Center; Dr. Walter Willett, Chair of Nutrition at Harvard University; Geneen Roth, bestselling author and expert on emotional eating; and many other leading researchers and nutrition authorities.

My education has equipped me with extensive knowledge in holistic nutrition, health coaching, and preventive health. Drawing on these skills and my knowledge of different dietary theories, I work with clients to help them make lifestyle changes that produce real and lasting results.

My Story - Dr. Sandhya Panday

As your health coach, my aim is to help you release what is preventing you from living in accordance with your own objectives for living a healthy and happy life. Because of my knowledge, skills, and experience of more than a decade in the areas of health, exercise, nutrition, and general well-being, I am the go-to person for those who want to make a difference in their life.

I was employed as a counsellor at a school in India where I worked with kids of varying abilities. It also assisted me in understanding student conduct, which was critical in resolving many difficulties and guiding them to a successful career.

My training is as much a journey for my client as much as it is for me. The connection with them as well as their history and growth, enables me to comprehend the consequences of various physical exercises. My approach goes beyond traditional counselling. Self-reflection, dedication, and discipline are required to enhance our health and quality of life.

As I worked with clients from a variety of backgrounds, I realized that food is not the only nutritional source that may ensure long-term well-being. We require nutrition at many levels — relationships that feed us, creative endeavours that drive us, people in our lives who support and encourage us, self-care rituals and physical movement, loneliness and introspection, and a professional route that is compatible with our ideals.

I encourage women to consciously let go of their assumed boundaries and gain greater confidence in their potential to effect major positive change in all aspects of their lives. Putting one’s confidence in oneself is a great opportunity. Having faith. Slowing down and becoming more visible. Rewriting the story of your life. All you need is the courage to succeed at whatever you may want to. I am here to assist you in fusing your worldly existence with your spiritual side, in discovering the pleasure, prosperity, and freedom that is your heritage. I use integrated health coaching techniques and systems that considers the individual as a whole – body, mind and spirit – in order to achieve optimal health and wellness.


Integrative Natural Medicine and Health Care:

Integrative natural medicine focuses on body and mind to achieve an adequate life balance. I believe that the person as a whole is interrelated, and that if one component fails to operate correctly, all other parts will suffer as a result. If people have imbalances on a physical level, mental level or spiritual level in their lives, it may have a negative impact on their overall health. In order to treat a patient, a variety of medicines are used, ranging from conventional to alternative therapies. If a person with a health concern approaches me, I investigate all of the potential causes of the problem which can be nutrition, sleep, stress, personal issues, and spiritual activities of choice. The treatment strategy may involve drugs as well as lifestyle adjustments to prevent recurrence of the disease along with cure.

Why is health coaching important?

Health coaching or mentoring is essential in the healthcare industry. According to studies, individuals who have a mentor may achieve more and are better able to deal with the stress of their job.


Homoeopathy is a medical practice based on the idea ‘similia simiabus curenter’ that means like cures like. It recognises clinical patterns of signs and symptoms of an individual while treating them. The complete history of the patient is taken and then the medicine is decided. The history includes present complaints, personal history, family history, mind symptoms, temperament, diathesis, constitution and much more depending upon the patient. A detailed study is of utmost importance before choosing the medicine.


Yoga, in my opinion, can both prevent and treat illness and damage. I enjoy practicing yoga for the soul and as a tool for well-being. Yoga has the ability of connecting people to the power of breath, movement, and transformation and empowering them to be their best selves.

I want to assist people in reaching a higher level of being. With consistent yoga practice, I can help you be self-assured in your body, your thoughts, and your actions. I’m here as a holistic health coach to offer self-healing through my yoga classes to anyone else who wants to achieve this goal.


I practice a holistic approach to health and wellness, which means that I look at all the areas of your life and how they are connected. Does stress at your job or in your relationship cause you to overeat? Does lack of sleep or low energy prevent you from exercising? As we work together, we will look at how all these facets of your life affect your health as a whole. I am not going to create lists of food restrictions or a list of good and bad foods. Instead, I work with my clients to create a happy, healthy life in a way that is flexible, fun as well as rewarding.
